Naissa Umutoni

As a motivated and successful professional in business development, I possess a multifaceted background encompassing business development, event management, procurement, and administration roles. Currently, I am an engaged member of Junior Chamber International (JCI) Rwanda, serving as the Vice President responsible for Growth and Internationalism. In this capacity, my focus lies in expanding youth participation and fostering collaborative relationships with other JCI organizations and stakeholders.

My areas of proficiency span strategic planning, financial analysis, data-driven decision-making, operations management, organizational leadership, and marketing strategy development. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of the Western Cape and an Executive MBA with Honors from Quantic School of Business and Technology. Empowering youth is a commitment that drives my endeavors.
