Theme: Shaping Personal Leadership

The first of four, the seminar starts off with evaluation of a Fellow’s leadership journey, and provides them with capacity to critically assess their individual roles in shaping personal journeys through life, cultivating the right value systems necessary for transformational leadership, how their actions will impact communities they live in, and by extension make the world a better place.
