Theme: Achieving and Managing Success

The YELP fellowship picks individuals who are clearly on the path to success and equips them with knowledge and skills to navigate through the pitfalls of success and dangers of leading change since we all define success differently and take different paths in the pursuit of it.

The seminar component will focus on examples of different forms of success, help participants define their own standards and definitions of success, and appreciate values that underpin successful leaders with significant presence in society.

The seminar will also equip participants with capacity to make the right decisions on advancing their career goals, growing their businesses, or organisations, achieving the critical work-life balance, shaping personal legacies, and commitment to ideals.
