Benefique Magadju

Benefique is an Alumni of the YALI Regional Leadership Center East Africa at Kenyatta University in Nairobi-Kenya, in the Civic Leadership track and a Fellow of the Young and Emerging Leaders Project 2018 at the Léo Africa Institute in Uganda. He has approximately 5 years of progressive experience in working with the youth, in peace-building-related and youth leadership development work, project development and management, inventory management, warehousing, and supply chain management. He also has over 3 years of progressive experience in organizing community service projects, organizing exchange activities around community development subjects and social inclusion. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Technology in the Department of Civil Engineering at Hope Africa University in Bujumbura-Burundi. It’s been a changing point and one of the great fellowship experiences in my life, meeting and exchanging with new people on the first day and the next day they’re like long-time friends, and after going through all the readings, challenging conversations and discussions on the agenda.
